🔹 फीस वापसी व रिटर्न नीति (NO-REFUND POLICY लागू है)
ब्रिटिश इंस्टिट्यूट में एक बार एडमिशन पूरा होने और फीस रसीद जारी हो जाने के बाद:
➡️ किसी भी परिस्थिति में फीस वापस नहीं की जाएगी।
यह नियम सभी शाखाओं पर समान रूप से लागू है और इसमें कोई अपवाद नहीं है।
🔹 छात्रों के लिए अनिवार्य निर्देश
सभी छात्रों से स्पष्ट और विनम्र अनुरोध है कि:
- ✔️ एडमिशन लेने के बाद किसी भी प्रकार के बहाने न बनाएं
- ✔️ किसी भी शाखा में गुस्सा, दबाव, धमकी या दुर्व्यवहार न करें
- ✔️ फीस किसी भी स्थिति में वापस नहीं होगी — कृपया यह बात स्पष्ट रूप से समझें
🔹 अनुशासनहीनता पर सख़्त कार्रवाई
ब्रिटिश इंस्टिट्यूट की गरिमा और अनुशासन बनाए रखना हमारी प्राथमिक ज़िम्मेदारी है।
- ❗ किसी भी प्रकार की आक्रामकता, बतमीज़ी, धमकी या असभ्य व्यवहार को गंभीर अनुशासनहीनता माना जाएगा।
- ❗ ऐसे मामलों में इंस्टिट्यूट की तरफ़ से संबंधित छात्र के खिलाफ FIR भी दर्ज करवाई जा सकती है।
- हम किसी भी प्रकार के दबाव, अभद्रता या गलत व्यवहार को बिल्कुल स्वीकार नहीं करते।

At the British Institute, we believe in maintaining absolute transparency, discipline, and professionalism in all our academic and administrative policies. To ensure a smooth, fair, and ethical system for every student, the following policies are strictly implemented across all our branches.
🔹 Refund & Return Policy (No-Refund Rule)
Once a student’s admission is successfully completed and the fee receipt has been issued, the fee will not be refunded under any circumstances. This rule is uniform for all British Institute branches without exception.
This policy ensures:
- Fairness for all students
- Strong administrative discipline
- High-quality standards across the organization
🔹 Important Instructions for Students
Students are respectfully advised to:
- Avoid giving excuses after taking admission
- Refrain from showing aggression, pressure, or misbehaviour at any branch
- Understand that fee cannot be refunded in any case
Any form of aggression or misconduct at branches will be treated as a serious violation of institute discipline.
Course Fee Policies
All fees paid to the institute are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Students are advised to carefully read all course details before taking admission.
- No Refund: Once the fees are paid for any course, including Computer Courses, CCC, Tally, or any training program, the amount will not be refunded.
- No Transfer: Fees cannot be transferred to any other student, course, or future batch.
- No Cancellation: Admission once taken cannot be cancelled or withdrawn for any reason.
- Batch Changes: Batch or timing change is subject to availability and management approval. However, it does not allow or justify any refund.
- Absenteeism: If a student misses classes, remains absent, or leaves the course midway, no refund or fee adjustment will be provided.
- Study Material: Books, notes, or digital study material once issued cannot be returned or exchanged.
By registering for any course, the student accepts and agrees to follow this Refund & Return Policy of the institute.
