LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP CARD – OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

🔹 Important Terms of Use

1. Non-Transferable: यह कार्ड केवल उसी छात्र के नाम पर मान्य होगा जिसने एडमिशन फॉर्म किया हैं। किसी अन्य व्यक्ति को ट्रांसफ़र या उपयोग करने की अनुमति नहीं है।
2. Institute Property: यह कार्ड British Institute Meerut (Head Office) की संपत्ति है। आवश्यकता पड़ने पर यह बिना सूचना वापस लिया जा सकता है।
3. Behaviour Policy: यदि छात्र का व्यवहार अनुशासनहीन पाया जाता है, तो कार्ड किसी भी समय बिना पूर्व सूचना रद्द किया जा सकता है।
4. Practice Batch Only: यह कार्ड केवल Practice Batch के लिए मान्य है। Regular / Basic batches के लिए मान्य नहीं होगा।
5. Amendments: Head Office द्वारा समय-समय पर किए गए संशोधनों (Amendments) को लागू माना जाएगा।

🔹 Branch Suspension Clause

यदि आपके शहर की किसी ब्रांच को Head Office द्वारा Suspend कर दिया गया है, तो उस ब्रांच के स्टूडेंट्स को किसी अन्य British Institute study centre में Allow नहीं किया जाएंगा।

🔹 Basic Batches Restriction

Basic batches को दोबारा लेने की अनुमति नहीं है, चाहे कार्ड मौजूद हो।

🔹 Acceptance at Other Branches

यह कार्ड तभी अन्य शाखाओं में मान्य होगा जब छात्र के पास:
✔️ Digital Certificate हो, QR Code वेरिफिकेशन भी उपलब्ध हो, ब्रिटिश इंस्टिट्यूट की वेबसाइट पर!

🔹 LMC & Certificate Charges

LMC Card + Digital Certificate = ₹500 (Total Charges)
यह शुल्क अनिवार्य है।

🔹 Terms & Conditions Apply

सभी नियमों का पालन करना अनिवार्य है। अंतिम अधिकार British Institute Head Office Meerut के पास सुरक्षित है।

🔹 English Version

1. Non–Transferable: This card is strictly non-transferable and can be used only by the student to whom it is issued.
2. Institute Property: This card remains the property of British Institute Meerut (Head Office) at all times.
3. Behaviour Policy: In case of any misconduct, indiscipline, or inappropriate behaviour by the student, the card may be cancelled at any time without prior notice.
4. Usage Limitation: The card is applicable only for Practice Batch. Basic batches are not permitted again under this card.
5. Amendments: All rules and policies are subject to amendments issued by the Head Office from time to time.
6. Branch Suspension Clause: If your city’s British Institute branch is suspended by the Head Office, students of that branch will not be allowed at any other centre.
7. Validity Across Other Branches: The card will be accepted at other British Institute branches only if the student carries their Digital Certificate with QR Code verification.
8. LMC & Certificate Charges: A total of ₹500 will be charged for both the LMC Card and Digital Certificate.
9. General Conditions: All Terms & Conditions apply as per British Institute policy. The final decision in all matters rests with the Head Office, Meerut.
